Jelena Bekcic joined ISC in August 2007 as the Training Assistant for the Civil Society Advocacy Initiative Program in Serbia.

She has six years of experience in international non-governmental organization International Council of Voluntary Agencies/Center for International Support where she held the position of Program Administration Officer and was very much involved in training activities. Jelena also has seven-year long experience with private sector serving as the executive secretary in a large private company.

Jelena holds a BA in Arabic Language and Literature from Belgrade University.
