Tatjana Ubavic joined ISC in January 2007 as the Office Manager for the Civil Society Advocacy Program in Serbia.

She has eight years of experience in the NGO sector performing various duties. Prior to her current position with ISC, she worked for the USAID-funded ProMedia II Program, implemented by International Research and Exchanges Board as the Office and Finance Manager. Before then, she was engaged as as the Assistant Field Officer by the Norwegian Red Cross for the Emergency Health Service Projects in Serbia. She also worked as the Radio Operator and Administrative Assistant for the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Tatjana also has a long-standing work experience in areas of small enterprise business administration and customer service.

Tatjana graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, in Criminal Law field.
