Vera Ivkovic joined ISC in October 2006 as the Administrative and Finance Director for the Civil Society Advocacy Initiatives program in Serbia. She has 23 years progressive experience in office and project management in the non-profit and for-profit sectors, including four years running operations and a budget of $300,000 for Freedom House Serbia, a $7.9 million USAID project.

Previously, Vera ran the operations of the Humanitarian Law Center, the pioneering organization holding war criminals accountable during the Kosovo War period. She coordinated HLC's 7 regional offices in Serbia, Kosovo, and Montenegro. Prior to that, Vera supervised 14 program officers at the Social Humanitarian Organization Children's Friends as its Secretary General.
