Aleksandra Galonja, CSGA Program Coordinator

Aleksandra Galonja joined ISC in June 2009 as a CSGA Program coordinator. Prior to that, she worked as a SWIFT social mobilization coordinator and served as a gender focal point in the International Organization for Migration, Mission in Belgrade. Prior to that, Aleksandra worked as a GTZ Consultant on Peer Mediation and Conflict Resolution Project and was managing programmes mostly aiming at promotion of political participation of marginalized groups.

She is an author of various publications, manuals and papers on power games and their influence on alternative dispute resolution processes, political campaigning, women’s’ political influence, etc.

Aleksandra is experienced trainer in different fields – non-violent communication, social justice, ADR techniques, political campaigning, etc.

She was active in anti-war movement in Serbia and has been active in women’s movement.
