The Civil Society Advocacy Initiative, implemented by the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), announces a grant competition for experienced Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to support their advocacy activities throughout Serbia.

The goal of the grant competition is to promote advocacy on national reform issues related to Serbia’s Euro-Atlantic integration efforts and to encourage greater citizen participation in all aspects of public life through CSOs which conduct or engage in advocacy activities. Projects need to promote civil society and the strengthening of CSOs in Serbia, through civic advocacy, support for EU integration, and promotion of legal and regulatory reforms. In addition, projects should encourage the active role of citizens, directly and through CSOs, in addressing reform issues.
