ISC's Monitoring and Evaluation Team organized on Friday, March 5th 2010 in Belgrade one-day orientation training on the ISC assessment methodology. The main purpose of this orientation was to prepare team of eight external evaluators to conduct capacity assessments of 16 civil society organizations, financially supported by USAID's Civil Society Advocacy Initiative (CSAI) through the Advocacy in Practice grants in 2010, managed by ISC. The group of evaluators has been introduced with the unique organizational assessment know- how that's designed, tested and implemented by ISC in Serbia. Final results of these assessments will be utilized to help organizations improve their advocacy strategies trough ISC's capacity building program.
