On April 22-23. ISC will conduct MAS for CSOs based in East Serbia and Timok Krajina in Kladovo. The basic- level training on Advocacy& Budgets is tailor- made for civil society organizations that have never been financially supported by ISC. Both MAS events will be conducted by Mirjana Barbulovic and Mladen Jovanovic, Advocacy Resource Persons, members of ISC team of trainers.
